Some Pillars of Wellness For Your Lifestyle


• Food Ok ... ... .. you know your energy during the day is totally related to your food ... ... but still continue to eat the candy or donut loaded with sugar etc .... Sure you noticed that when you have not eaten lunch evening you are more tired and fatigued .... So we repeat all the time how important it is to make five meals a day, two of them as small snacks (small healthy snacks and especially so if breakfast in the morning.

If you have not started already, it's time planteártelo, when you take advantage of high-fat foods, refined flour and sugar in a little while you're eating again without energy, tired, did not happened to you when you eat a dish to top of rice or fries a lot of you feel super full but after a while you get hungry again? ...

Now that we've cleared that up, maybe this week is the week that look like you eat and make the decision to get better and take care a little more for this side, your body will thank you .... There you have the first pillar welfare, feed well.

• Exercise As you could predict the second pillar is moderate exercise ... .... And this is what most want to ignore, that if we complain of cellulite, sagging arms and that long so we know all , when it really is time to stop complaining and start moving, you basically have to combine cardio exercises (or long walks if you can not go to the gym) with weight-bearing exercises to keep you toned (these are important that you make in a gym and there you will have adequate equipment and teach you how to perform the exercises correctly).

It's easy, the combination of training with a good diet and a good rest, quickly notice an improvement in your body, your self esteem will rise as a result and you'll feel better about yourself because of that other side know that you are also watching.

If you have not made the decision to start doing some exercise what are you waiting? This pillar is not optional.

• Relaxation This is the third pillar and also very important, and this is readily available from ... ... ... just as there is time to train or to work also must find your moments to rest, sleep and relax.

Find your oasis of wellbeing ... Find your moments of peace, find your oasis of wellbeing, maybe you will love the massage or take a stroll through the countryside and enjoy nature, or do yoga or take a nap, no matter but for your time.

• Social We are human beings and as such we need to contact and impressions of others, how about you take your social part? What about family? Maybe it's time to stop and see that you can improve and how you can help friends and relatives ... from time to time is important to pay more attention to this part that we sometimes take for granted.
