Death penalty for kidnappers in Mexico
Although the issue do continue to divide public opinion in our country, this idea takes more force each time due to insecurity in which we live and violence being committed acts of kidnapping, the increasing frequency and impunity which criminal organizations operate, the anger and fear on the rise in society, and the pain of those who have been abducted and lived to tell about it or those who have lost a family member who have been threatened, violated by those who operate anonymously and cowardly to ask for money for the life you have taken, and despite receiving have decided to end it. because of such fear is shared by the injustice that keeps any of the cases, the proposal makes sense, since those who kidnap and contemplations have no convictions for those who are captured and detained in prison even though the sentences are long, they are not strong enough to pull the root problem, as it is known that there are criminal organizations continue to operate from the inside of them, the moral, psychological and emotional damage caused to victims is not paid, nor relief, in any way nor will their deaths, but the cost of keeping alive those who are a harm to society is very high, more prisons even though in many cases serve as schools of crime and not as rehabilitation centers, the resources used can be sent to those areas where there is still hope for the improvement of the decadent society in which we live, these resources could result in health benefits and education to name examples. And while it is true that there are human rights that protect them by public opinion is divided on the Regarding the issue of death penalty, I can only say that the rights which these criminals can be awarded as individuals, can not be more important than those who had or should have the people who kidnapped and killed, and those of family that is now possible to continue in captivity by the experience, and above all the rights that all citizens who work every day to have a better country, a country hijacked by inefficient justice system and prison.
