Development of a Standard Of Personal Ethics

In people competitive and often ruthless world of today often try to move forward at all costs. It 's rare that you meet a person with high standards of ethics and integrity, but people with the highest standard of ethics to achieve and maintain success.

The law of cause and effect is the most important of all the universal laws. It says that for every effect in our lives, there is a specific cause. We have the ability to control the causes and effects of change whatever we want. Our thoughts are the primary causes of the conditions or the effects in our lives, and if we want our lives to be different in the future, we must change our way of thinking in the present.

Sometimes you can escape the laws made by man, but you can not escape a universal law. This is why it is so important to develop a high standard of ethics and live every day. Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of who we are. If we want people to deal with us with integrity and high ethical standards that we must have these qualities as well.

No matter what your heritage is, or what kind of environment you grew up, it's never too late to develop high ethical standards as long as you have a strong desire to do so. Everything starts in your mind with thoughts that you think. Your thoughts are shaped by what you read, hear, and people who associate.

Your impressions will always be those that are dominant in the minds of your most emotional moments and those that you plant in your mind as a result of a strong desire or belief. Earl Nightingale described this best when he said: "You become what you think."

If you have a strong burning desire to achieve a particular goal, and keep your mind, heart and sole directed toward reaching your goal, with persistence you reach your goal. When you write and rewrite your goal, I say out load every day, and in a place where you can see several times a day, you can drive your goal deep into your subconscious, which will work to help achieve the your goal.

The universal law of substitution is very important to develop your own ethical standards. This law says that your mind can only hold one thought at a time, positive or negative. You can substitute positive thoughts for negative thoughts whenever you choose.

Any negative thoughts or actions that may have found its way into your mind or your life can be eliminated and replaced with a more positive thought or action. For example, if you learned to lie as a child is able to block this undesirable tendency to form the habit of always telling the truth.

Everything you do is more or less the result of a habit and those habits that are continued and are repeated often become more deeply rooted than those which govern your actions.

Here are seven principles that will help develop your standard of personal ethics:

1. Always be honest in all your relationships.

2. Always be kind to everyone, without distinction of time, place, person or circumstance.

3. Always be generous and caring with everyone you associate with.

4. Be always cheerful and optimistic, no matter what circumstances you are in.

5. Do not slander another person.

6. Do not engage in a business transaction that benefits all participants.

7. Believe and practice that love is stronger than hate, he's right most powerful force.

After writing your ethical standards, store it and live it every day. Soon become permanently implanted in your subconscious mind and you will automatically result in everything we think and do.

When you live a live a standard of personal ethics means that you accept that your world can only get better when you get better. Nobody is going to come along and change things for you. If you want things to change, you're going to have to make the changes yourself.

When you are completely honest with yourself and everyone else, the courage and increased self-confidence you have. You will become a more positive and enthusiastic person. It will develop a sense of enormous power and personal strength. The more you live your standard of personal ethics, the more your character will become and you will get higher levels of success and happiness than you ever imagined.
