When Human Resources Staffing becomes a burden rather than a challenge

According to the U.S. Department of Labor calculations related to human resources personnel, which costs one third of the annual salary of a new employee to replace him. This includes money spent on recruitment, selection and training plus costs due to reduced productivity, when other employees fill out to pick up the slack or the position is suspended during the recruitment process. According to the Harvard Business Review, studies show that 80 percent of turnover is caused by bad hiring decisions is a reflection on the central department.

These numbers do not take into account the damage caused when an employee leaves such as loss of customers, the continuity in the daily routine, low employee morale throughout the organization. In some cases, business costs rise even higher when the middle and upper-level managers must be replaced, which cost as much as twice their annual salary.

Therefore, it is important for human resources personnel initially to find the right person for each position and long term rental. Of course, HR staff usually turns out to be a case-by-case effort, and talents means taking profit bottom line. The right person will contribute to the productivity of society and very importantly, profitability. However, the HR department or hiring manager should be flexible enough to recognize the right talent for each position to be filled. In some cases, it might be wise to hire a professional organization of staff to advertise, locate, interview and hire the perfect person for the position .......
