Characteristics of Good Web Design


There are common trends in website designs. More and more people are able to identify a bad design from a visit at one time. A good website must adhere to certain cardinal rules in their design. The following are the most common characteristics of a good web design.

1. A good web design must be based on simplicity. You want to avoid a lot of 'off from exposure in web design. The statistics actually show that basically the daunting complexity. You can create some clever graphics and animations that show just how 'complicated and original' is, but this can only sell to a colleague. Most users of the web site as easy to use interface and structure

2. It should be easy to read and navigate. When you make a design, you need to focus on making the content readable. Will having the correct spacing, font size, good backgrounds and good graphics. The site must be such that it is easy to navigate.

3. It should be interactive. A good site to try to engage the user. You must be fun and also with the sharing of information. You should try to have a link to the blog user to share information and comment.

4. It should be well organized. There should be a good way of presenting information. A person visiting the home page should be able to see all the links that are relevant to him or her without forcing you to use the search bar.

5. Should be tailored to the user. This means exactly what it should be well aware of the target user of the site content. If it is a website of a particular professional body and the users are professionals, these links should not be set in a way so simple that irritates them. Similarly, if your site targets users of common, every effort should be made to make 'it user friendly' .......
